Answer

Resolve said "Nothing was changed"

Updated Help Centre 1.12.0Tested with WordPress 7.1

Apply asks how many customers it will email before it resolves anything, and it emails only the customers of the requests it counted. The message means resolving them now would email somebody it did not count: customer emails were switched on after you opened the queue, perhaps by a colleague, or a customer replied to a ticked request and reopened it. Nothing was resolved and nobody was emailed. The queue under the message is up to date: tick the requests again and press Apply, and it asks with the right number, or offers Without emailing the customers.
