Answer

Can customers ask about a product from its page?

Updated Help Centre 1.12.0Tested with WordPress 7.1

Yes, on a WooCommerce shop. Switch on Settings → Support Desk → Add an "Ask about this product" link to product pages. Each product page then has an Ask about this product link under the add to cart button, which opens the form on your Requests page with About: and the product's name as the subject and the product chosen. Your team sees the product on the request and in the email about it. A link of your own can do the same with ?product_id= and the product's number. If the link does not appear, check that a Requests page is chosen and published, and that your theme draws WooCommerce's add to cart area.
